Design, develop and implement Service Case/Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding/Transitions
Assist clients in fully integrating the ServiceNow HR system into their existing business environments
Contribute and maintain a showcase of HR solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
Work with business users to identify and refine HR business requirements and workflows
Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.
Experience in interfacing with ServiceNow applications for Tableau data visualization and business intelligence products
Build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering ServiceNow HR solutions
WHAT TO BRING:
BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
3 years of design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
Working Knowledge of HR Service Delivery Solution
Working Knowledge of HR Technology – Workday, Saba, Peoplesoft, Workday etc
Strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
