WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design, develop and implement Service Case/Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding/Transitions Assist clients in fully integrating the ServiceNow HR system into their existing business environments
  • Contribute and maintain a showcase of HR solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work with business users to identify and refine HR business requirements and workflows
  • Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.
  • Experience in interfacing with ServiceNow applications for Tableau data visualization and business intelligence products
  • Build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering ServiceNow HR solutions

WHAT TO BRING:

  • BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Working Knowledge of HR Service Delivery Solution
  • Working Knowledge of HR Technology – Workday, Saba, Peoplesoft, Workday etc
  • Strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
  • Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
  • Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
