Design, develop and implement Workday Solution for HCM or Financials
Develop Pre-sales compaigns to help sales team
Work with business users to identify and refine HR or Finance business requirements and workflows
Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.
Experience in interfacing with Workday applications for Tableau data visualization and business intelligence products
Build Workday Reports, dashboards and homepages
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
WHAT TO BRING:
BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
3 years of design and delivery of technical solutions based on the Workday requirements
Working Knowledge of HCM or Financial
Working Knowledge of HR or Finance Technology – Workday, Saba, Peoplesoft, Workday etc
Strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Financial, Reporting and Analytics
Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
Experience in re-engineering HR or Finance business processes
